Aurna.net Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the return of items purchased from Aurna.net, a website owned and operated by Aurna Enterprises ("We," "Us," "Our"). By purchasing an item from Us, you ("Customer," "You," "Your") agree to this Policy in its entirety. This Policy was last updated on April 30, 2023.

Under this Policy, You have the right to return any purchased item within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unused and in the same condition that You received it.
  2. The item is in its original packaging.
  3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Your refund.

For software products, a refund request will be considered only if the software fails to perform its primary functions and our support team has not been able to rectify the issue after being given the opportunity to do so.

Please note that every piece of jewelry is handcrafted and may vary slightly from piece to piece, which is a part of the inherent beauty of the product and not a defect. Refunds will not be granted for such variations.
